Emily is an Associate in the Commercial team and is a part of Shoosmiths’ Sports Practice Group. Emily acts for a wide variety of clients and specialises in the sport, media and technology sectors. Prior to joining the team and her qualification in 2020, Emily spent a year in the Commercial team, attending three commercial secondments to the Volkswagen Group, SAI Global and Connected Places Catapult. Since qualifying she has continued to build her experience in the sport, media and technology sectors, advising on brand transactions, licensing, sponsorship, distribution and agency agreements, data protection, broadcast rights, software development agreements and more.
